Your clinic data stays private.

We do not share your fee schedule, contract terms, or any information you submit or share with us with any other clinic, payer, or third party. Reviews are performed by our team for your clinic alone.

We treat every fee schedule as commercially sensitive. Nothing you send us is used to seed benchmarks, populate reports for other clinics, or shown to anyone outside the reviewer team assigned to your engagement.

Benchmarks come from public data.

Market reimbursement benchmarks are derived from insurers' own publicly disclosed negotiated rates under the federal Transparency in Coverage rule. They are not built from data submitted by the clinics we work with.

Benchmarks depend on the availability and quality of public disclosures and reflect comparable service and contract terms where those can be identified. They inform negotiations; they do not guarantee any particular reimbursement rate.

How we use your submission.

The name, practice or network name, city or region, and email you submit through the request form are used only to coordinate your fee schedule review and to follow up with you about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with payers or other providers.

Fee schedules and related documents you subsequently share with our team as part of a review are held under the same confidentiality described in § 01.

Optional and separate.

The updates checkbox on the request form is opt-in and separate from the review request. Leaving it unchecked has no effect on your comparison; checking it means we may email occasional Pomegranate updates and new reimbursement benchmarks. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Please don't submit PHI.

Our review needs only your fee schedule and contract terms. Do not submit patient records, protected health information (PHI), or any identifiable patient information through this site or in materials shared for a review.

What we do with what you send.

Submissions and materials shared for review are stored using industry-standard access controls and encrypted in transit. Access is limited to the reviewer team assigned to your engagement.

You may ask us to delete the materials you sent, or your contact record, at any time. We may retain a minimum record of the engagement for our own internal audit and compliance purposes.

Questions or updates.

Questions about this notice, or requests to update or delete your information, can be sent to the same address you use to coordinate your review. We will update this page if our practices change; the effective date at the top will reflect that.
